中华护理学会循证护理专委会专家库成员；江苏省护理学会妇产科护理专委会委员；江苏省转化医学研究院专利转化与培训平台临床前景评估专家；南通市护理学会妇产科护理专委会副主委。南通市“226高层次人才培养工程” 第二层次培养对象；美高梅MGM33999杏林学院护理学专业带头人。 SCI期刊BRN杂志编委、多家SCI期刊审稿人。
获江苏省中医药科技进步三等奖1项，上海市护理科技二等奖1项，南通市科技进步二等奖2项，三等奖1项。第一/通讯作者发表论文50余篇，SCI收录20余篇，北核20余篇，授权国家发明专利5项，转化2项。获第十届全国大学生医学技术技能大赛护理赛道金奖亚军（指导教师）；高等学校医药类虚拟仿真实验教学项目二等奖；教育部护理学类教指委在线教育教学案例优秀奖；江苏省高校微课比赛二等奖、江苏省护理院校在线优秀教学案例成果三等奖。
