个人简介:1987年至1991就读于南京大学生物系,获学士学位。2004年至2009年就读于中科院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获博士学位。2002年,2010年两次作为访问学者在美国纽约州立发展障碍基础研究所著名早老性痴呆研究专家Dr. Kalid Iqbal教授的实验室进行Tau蛋白相关AD病理机制的研究。1997年至今任教于美高梅MGM33999生物化学与分子生物学系,教授,博士生导师,生物化学与分子生物学系主任。

 

专业研究领域:研究方向为神经退行性疾病的病理机制及其防治。主要围绕Tau相关阿尔茨海默(AD)病理机制展开研究,涉及Tau蛋白的表达,可变剪接异构体,翻译后修饰等多个不同层面。特别关注SIRT1Tau的调节在早期AD相关突触功能障碍中的作用,为AD早期防治的药物开发提供基础研究依据。
